このマシンは、OKK伝統の〝角形すべりガイド〟を継承した高剛性重切削の立形マシニングセンタ。従来機を本体構造から見直し、新規の幅広コラム構造でさらなる高剛性を実現したマシンに仕上がっています。
また、作業効率をより高めるために接近性、メンテナンス性もより一層向上したとのことで、一般部品加工からチタンなどの難削材まで高剛性を強みにして安定した加工を実現すると自信を見せてくれました。なお、加工内容に合わせた豊富な主軸バリエーションと種々の自動化省力化オプションを用意してくれています。

Space-saving design offers effective use of floor space in your operations; large workpiece capacity—the 800 mm square pallet is capable of loading up to 1200 kg and workpiece sizes up to 1110 mm height and 1300 mm diameter; the high-speed synchronous tool changer can handle tools up to 25 kg; efficient chip disposal is accomplished by flushing coolant on both sides of the bed and collected outside the machine.

Die Mold Machines:Highly rigid machines and strong spindles with low vibration characteristics ensure the best output every time. These are outfitted with our most advanced Numeric Controller that supports “look-ahead”—which assures quick response times and high data transfer capabilities even with large programs, avoiding “data starvation.” The OKK HQ Tuner function allows the operator to choose the optimum level (i.e., higher speed level or higher precision level) to fulfill the requirements of the job—shorter processing time, smoother processed surfaces or better dimensional accuracy.
